The overall goal of this program is to provide a simple, efficient purchase experience. To be Gold Certified, a vehicle must exceed PA's minimum safety standards by a significant margin. In addition, it must have matching name-brand tires with at least 50% tread remaining, as well as clean brake rotor surfaces with at least 50% pad life remaining. All systems must pass a full functionality test and no drivability issues may be present. All factory recommended services must be performed by one of our technicians.
