The 1993 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 40th Anniversary Edition is in original, unmodified condition in its factory Ruby Red Metallic finish with just 37,893 miles.   It comes equipped with Goodyear Eagle performance tires (275/45ZR17 front, 315/35ZR17 rear) on the original saw blade alloy wheels.  It has the factory optional removable transparent and tinted top for open-air cruising and also includes the color-matched solid color top. Deep red leather upholstery with embroidered 40th anniversary headrests, is in near perfect condition showing very minimal wear, the result of exceptional care and its low miles.  In addition to the 40th Anniversary features and badges, it includes driver and passenger power-adjustable bucket seats as standard equipment with the ZR-1 package, as were the power windows, power locks, air conditioning, an AM/FM cassette player, traction control and adjustable suspension, and all original equipment remains fully functional.  For 1993, the 5.7 Liter LT5, 32 valve DOHC V8 engine was reengineered to include 4 bolt mains along with other improvements which raised output to 405 hp.     All ZR-1s in the 6 years of production were coupes and came equipped with the 6 speed ZF brand manual transmission, and the entire drivetrain is in excellent condition.  This Corvette includes the Factory window sticker, build sheet, owner's manual with the Corvette founder, Zora Arkus-Duntov, original personally signed autograph, an amazing and rare original factory sales brochure, and custom fit flannel lined car cover used for indoor storage.  Car has always been stored inside, and it has been limited to fair weather use, keeping the chassis clean, the result of excellent lifetime care.
