No mods, non smoker, pet free, well maintained purchased with around 67k miles on it, and never pushed hard. Second owner. Comes with 2 original key sets, and original manual. Following work has been done on it over time of ownership -Engine Mounts (parts and installation from Acura) -Spark Plugs (parts and installation from Acura) -Radiator replaced -Condenser replaced -Radiator fan - Starter replaced - Knock sensor replaced (mechanic broke it when removing starter). Purchased replacement for it from Acura dealership -clutch (parts purchased from Acura dealership - receipts can be provided) -Had front bumper fixed and painted, all under engine weather replaced due to going over a tire which was in the middle of freeway -Katzkin leather seats (All leather cow hide, not vegan or artificial) -Tires, brakes changed as needed/recommended by Mechanics. -Regular oil changes - Fuel filter changed March 2026 Issues: - AC blows cold air, switches between cold and warm air. Most part changed as noted above. Mechanic thinks one of AC switch valve needs to be replaced, and should take care of this Plus points: -Runs solid, The 6-speed manual just brings joy every time driven, downshifting and upshifting really makes you realize it's a performance car, even without any mods. - Love the leather seats that were recently installed -Bose stereo system works great -Has many more years if taken care of and pampered. - Well taken care of as it is notable in car history report Serious inquiries only please, will consider reasonable offers.
